Bude Motor Show

JEMS are delighted to have taken over the running of this event, held on the second Sunday in May. The motor show was always a must in the "car calendar", with hundreds of vehicles, both modern and classic, attending the Rugby Club, which is situated within walking distance of both Bude town and the beautiful coastal beaches. The Motor Show raises much needed money for local charities, and in our first year we are proud to have supported The Pearl Exchange & Bude Cancer Support (see out donations page)
More information on our donation process and JEMS can be found on the "about" page.

EXHIBITORS
Exhibitor booking is now live for the event. There is a £5 (plus fees) donation to enable us to raise as much money as possible for the charities. Gates open at 7am and close at 9.30am until 4pm.
The past events have been on a "first to arrive - turn up" system, leaving some beautiful vehicles to be turned away and outside in the street once the field is full, causing people to be angry and upset and taking it out on the volunteers running the event.
We are, therefore, using an online booking system for the event, which will hopefully mean exhibitors don't waste journey time or end up parked outside.

If your vehicle is not listed on the ticket option, your section is full, or you wish to attend as a club, please contact us and we will endeavour to help

PUBLIC
The event opens to the public from 10am until 4pm.
Entry to the event is a minimum of £2 per person, and the main entry point is from Bencoolen playground. There is no parking for public vehicles at the Rugby Club or along the roadway entrance to the Rugby Club, the nearest car parks are TIC/Crescent Carpark or Summerleaze Carpark. Please park sensibly if you park elsewhere.
There are food vendors, craft and trade stalls at the venue, and the Rugby Club is open for food and drink.

JB and Me/Lightning McQueen

JEMS are really happy to say the JB and Me Children's Bereavement Charity will be at Bude Motor Show and they are bringing Lightning McQueen. Lightning will be running his own car show for the youngsters again and more information can be found on their social media pages.

JEMS would like to express their sincere thanks to Julian and the staff at Bude Rugby Club and all our volunteers and helpers.
